Besides designing programs, the team is also committed to improving the well-being of employees of corporate Malaysia.

In partnership with Asia Fitness Today, we have a mission to MOVE busy executives in Asia! Inspired by the Move8 Method, our practitioners use Nutrition, Rhythm and Movement as therapy, and help lower the risks of non-communicable diseases like diabetes, heart disease (NCDs), hypertension, Alzheimer’s and Dementia. We focus on health and wellness of the individual.

Fit for Good

In 2018, we created the Move8 Fitness Movement Advocacy and created many opportunities for fitness, dance and movement events. Move8 is a social enterprise that recruits and trains volunteers to use their fitness towards doing good for their communities.
